Titanium 1
Commanding a prominent gateway position, immediately off Junction 26 of the M8 motorway, Titanium 1 is home to the first speculative office building built at Braehead which was completed in 1999 and is now occupied by Picsel Technology. GAP Group have also selected Titanium 1 as the location for their new 24,700 sq ft headquarters building, which is under construction and due for completion in 2009.
The last remaining 2 acre site at Titanium 1 has now been sold and planning permission has been granted for circa 53,000 sq ft of office space.
Titanium 2
Located in the heart of Braehead. Titanium 2 offers excellent roadside frontage at a prominent roundabout, and is adjacent to Braehead Shopping Centre and the Xscape leisure facility.
